Affordable Payment Options: Dental Insurance and Financing Options

We understand that a significant number of our patients rely on dental insurance to cover some of their dental needs. Our staff is committed to working with you and your insurance company to maximize your insurance benefits.

Endodontic services vary greatly due to the nature and complexity of the procedure. The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of the treatment. During your first visit, we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved.

There are 3 easy options we offer to allow you to pay for your treatment:

1. Pay in full at the time of treatment. For those patients with dental insurance who pay in full, they will receive a $50 discount since this reduces our front office’s paperwork when filing your insurance claim. We will file your insurance claim electronically and your insurance will reimburse you directly with a check in the mail in 3-4 weeks.

2. Pay for your care via a no-interest payment plan. Our offices use Care Credit, a 0% interest 12-month payment plan. Please ask our front desk about this option.

3. Pay half of the treatment cost at the time of treatment (this does not include the consultation fee, which is due in full). We submit a claim to your insurance and will receive a check directly from them in 3-4 weeks. If your insurance reimburses at a higher rate (over half of the treatment fee), we will provide you with a refund. Occasionally, insurance companies will not cover the entire remaining balance (they reimburse less than half of the treatment fee). When this occurs, we will process your credit card for the remaining balance owed.
